Примеры LinkedIn профиля: продажи, ИТ и высший менеджмент

В этой статье напомним основные правила создания эффективного профиля LinkedIn и приведём примеры профилей разных профессий для вашего вдохновения.

О чём нужно помнить:

  • Ключевые блоки в профиле – Заголовок (Headline), который идёт сразу после ваших имени и фамилии, и Обо мне (About) – текстовый блок сразу после заголовка.
  • Допустимая длина Заголовка – 120 знаков, Обо мне – 2600 знаков, если не нажать “See more” – 270-320 знаков на десктопе и 20-25 знаков в мобильной версии, поэтому размещайте главную информацию и ключевые слова в самом начале.
  • Профиль LinkedIn не должен дублировать резюме: это ваша страница, она носит более персонализированный характер. 
  • Вы не можете, да и не должны корректировать профиль под каждую вакансию. Это ваша универсальная визитная карточка, поэтому подумайте: с какой должностью и индустрией вы хотите ассоциироваться у других? По каким запросам вас должны находить рекрутеры? В чём вы уникальны, чем известны?
  • Сосредоточьтесь на 2-3 самых сильных сторонах своего опыта. Не старайтесь указать всё, чем занимались и умеете: это рассеивает внимание читающего. Узкая специализация особенно ценна для западного работодателя. 

Примеры формулировок Заголовка и Обо мне в профилях представлены на английском, поскольку он по умолчанию является основным языком LinkedIn. Рассмотрим три направления: продажи, ИТ и высший менеджмент.
